Your Role

You will

• Lead a small, agile team of 3 engineers working on an established and stable server monitoring service
• Act as a hands-on Team Lead with a strong focus on frontend development using React
• Play a key role in the next product phase, including new features and a major integration into the WebPros Dashboard

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and support a small, distributed engineering team
• Balance hands-on development with people and technical leadership
• Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Product, UX, and other engineering stakeholders

Technical Responsibilities

• Hands-on development with React (must-have) and close collaboration on a PHP-based backend (nice-to-have)
• Drive improvements in testability and automated testing across the system
• Contribute to and help finalize the WebPros Dashboard integration
• Drive security best practices across frontend and backend development, coordinating vulnerability remediation and embedding security checks into CI/CD workflows.

Your Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience with React (required)
• Experience in a Team Lead or Senior Engineer role with leadership responsibilities
• Interest in or experience with PHP backend systems (clear plus, not required)
• Solid understanding of test strategies and testable frontend architectures
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable working in a remote-first setup within Europe

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring, infrastructure, or server-related products
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern development workflows
• Experience working on established, production-critical systems
