About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will become part of a cross-functional development team focused on building and evolving modern digital platforms. We are looking for a strong and experienced full-stack professional to join our team, contributing to one or more business-critical platforms used in a global production environment.

The role involves working on large-scale, platform-based solutions that support complex operational use cases. A strong “platform mindset” is essential, as the work goes beyond feature development and focuses on scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability of the systems. You will collaborate with engineers working across a broad technology stack and take part in shaping technical direction and best practices.

The team includes a mix of internal engineers and nearshore consultants and operates using agile principles, with some flexibility in processes depending on the team’s needs.

Responsibilities:

Help us further build and improve a platform for orchestrating large fleets of physical headless devices (IIoT);
Responsible for providing the managed OS on the devices, the (serverless) management API, observability-stack, device-runtimes, and the many other components necessary for a platform like ours;
Tackling a long range of interesting challenges which may involve some or all the mentioned areas – and may not even be limited to that;
Working with physical hardware, tackling Linux issues, talking to stakeholders, writing API-endpoints, and debugging cloud-infrastructure.

Requirements:

Strong experience with TypeScript (focus on backend);
React;
Cloud infrastructure;
Containerization;
Passion for best-practice and architecture;
Team player with curiosity and passion for helping and mentoring others;
Proactive and ready to take initiative since the candidate will be part of the team and not just responsible for working on a backlog of specified tasks.
