You are a self-motivated, energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can effectively collaborate with international teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge software with real-world cellular applications. Your responsibility comprises the SW Tool architecture and infrastructure development for large scale Cellular RF Transceiver Validation. You will collaborate closely with a variety of different, international teams to develop and deploy special tools tailored for their validation needs. Your interaction with those teams starts with the requirements collection, concept work, through implementation and progress reporting up to tool maintenance and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven years of experience in software development, preferably working on the development of RF products.
• Experience with conversational AI technologies.
• Strong SW engineering background with object-oriented and functional programming.
• Proven ability to develop high quality software products.
• Self-starter with an agile mindset.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python for test script generation and measurement automation in a HW/SW environment.
• Experience with large SW architectures, concepts and design patterns.
• Strong experience with version control in GIT/Gitlab.
• Experience with CI/CD regression test systems and methodologies
• Advanced experience in machine learning and AI/ML assisted workflows (prompt engineering, LLMs, agentic frameworks, MCPs, RAGs etc.).
• Good understanding of RF fundamentals & RF measurement equipment.
• Good knowledge of cellular 3GPP (3G/4G/5G) standards with focus on RF aspects.
• Experience in development projects in cross-functional and international teams.
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
