What will you be doing in this role?
- Coordinate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure features are correctly prioritized and deliver on time according to the roadmap;
- Lead a Team of developers, analysts, testers for the implementation of software solutions;
- Monitor and assess frequently the product roadmap to align with business and technical requirements;
- Collaborate with other project managers to integrate at a value stream level;
- Assess and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and management;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Infra, Network, Platform) to align on deliverables;
- Manage and facilitate technical discussions or decision-making sessions when required;
- Ensure compliance with agile best practices and Devops;
- Update and maintain project timelines;
- Monitor resource allocation and adjust assignment when priorities shift;
- Ensure the team maintains high focus on quality assurance and testing;
- Escalate blockers or scope changes to the appropriate stakeholders;
- Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience;
- Manage the design, development and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components, as per user-defined requirements.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field and 12 years of professional experience in the domain, as an IT Project Manager/Technical Leader/Software Developer;
- At least 5 year of experience with a Project Management methodology (e.g. PM2, PRINCE2, PMP);
- Excellent knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture and project management standards and methodologies, especially agile/scrum software development methodologies;
- Experience with having a consultative Project management role in the IT software development and quality related areas;
- Excellent leadership qualities;
- Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions;
- Fluent in English at a level B2.
