What is the job about?

Your tasks will vary, and you can influence your task and involvement in projects according to your abilities and aspirations.

Overall, your day-to-day tasks will evolve around:

Develop, maintain and deliver Automation cases defined as AI Automation Solutions, AI Agents, RPAs or other to Grundfos business functions – primarily functions reporting to the CFO of Grundfos
Develop software and automations according to specified development process (e.g. IT security, testability governance, Object oriented, template specific etc.)
Configure agents and prebuild models as services embedded into automation flows
Take ownership of technical deliveries according to system and solutions architecture, incl. documentation
Drive software solution architecture within limited scope
Pioneer new technologies and Trends within AI Automations
Ensure system performance optimization
Work effectively in a CI/CD pipeline
Participate in advisory services, application delivery, design, Development, implementation, maintenance, support, consultancy, and application integration with a solution area
Optional: UI development (if an automation case require so)
Optional: Data visualization in Power BI

Aside from this, we also make our evaluation based on the following:

Solid experience building and configuring software solutions that contain AI (ML modelling, Deep Learning, LLM, tagging & labelling, retraining loops etc.)
Experience with Data engineering and AI
Preferably, you have worked on a production ready software products with several AI components and task/process flows
Solid Experience with Azure (Azure AI Services, Logic Apps, azure functions, Ai foundry etc.)
Solid Experience with Python or similar
Experience with SQL and Azure infrastructure
Experience building and configuring AI or Automation solutions that make use of ML modelling, Deep Learning, LLM, tagging & labelling, retraining loops etc. to be used in a process automation workflows
Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Copilot Studio etc.)
Good communicational skills in English in both speech and writing since this is our corporate language
Excellent analytical skills, qualifying you to understand your stakeholders' needs and thereby deliver the right solution
