THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Maintain proactive communication with external vendors and partners, building and developing stable and productive long-term relationships;
- Act as a link between technical teams and management, presenting technical requirements, updates, and status in a clear and understandable manner for non-technical stakeholders;
- Serve as the primary point of contact and represent the SysOps team to both internal and external stakeholders;
- Translate technical requirements and team needs into actionable insights and recommendations for management, while also communicating business priorities back to the technical teams;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively propose and implement tools and software solutions that enhance team productivity and overall system performance;
- Act as a central communication hub for ongoing initiatives and projects, ensuring transparency, alignment, and proper communication among all stakeholders.
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or similar);
- Experience coordinating technical or infrastructure teams;
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and system operations;
- Practical knowledge of Windows and Linux environments;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
