We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our rapidly evolving team and lead projects that craft the future of our industry-defining audio products.

In this role, you’ll lead projects in our headphones and earphone category, collaborate with engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure reliable project execution. Reporting to our VP of Project Execution & PMO, you’ll advocate robust project management methodologies, streamline communication between technical and non-technical teams, and facilitate the timely completion of our next-generation tech projects.

Key Responsibilities 

Project Planning & Direction:

• Define and own project scope in cooperation with Product Management, objectives, and success criteria in close alignment with business priorities. Establish clear direction, governance, and decision frameworks to ensure projects move forward with pace and purpose. Prepare project plans and facilitate estimation.

Leadership & Delivery Ownership:

• Lead cross-functional project teams with confidence and clarity providing structure, setting expectations, and steering decisions, even without formal line authority. Unify stakeholders, reinforce responsibility, and sustain forward progress from start to finish.

Scope, Change & Risk Management:

• Continuously manage scope, dependencies, and risks. Clarify vague requirements, limit uncontrolled scope changes, and make firm, well-judged trade-offs to protect timelines, quality, and outcomes.

Stakeholder Alignment & Facilitation:

• Engage senior and operational stakeholders to align priorities, clarify ownership, and resolve conflicts. Communicate progress and decisions clearly, balancing collaboration with firmness when direction is needed.

Progress Tracking & Decision-Making:

• Monitor project performance against plans, milestones, and KPIs. Address deviations early, escalate when required, and ensure timely decisions that keep delivery on track.

Ways of Working:

• Apply relevant project management and improvement practices where they add value, focusing on predictability, transparency, and operational excellence rather than rigid methodology.

Moreover, you bring: 

• More than 8 years Project Management experience in product development environment is key;
• Sound understanding in software/embedded project management within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean);
• Project management certification;
• Demonstrated business acumen, enabling you to zoom out and steer the technical direction with a commercial approach;
• Demonstrated experience using project management tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project;
• Effective leadership skills with experience in guiding and supporting teams;
• Skilled at identifying root causes and modifying approaches to meet evolving requirements;
• Highly developed organisational skills paired with effective time management.
