What is your role about?

• Define a strategy and long-term vision for our Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) platform and processes;
• Design and implement a robust and scalable architecture for training, deploying, and monitoring ML models;
• Manage and continuously improve our MLOps ecosystem (CI/CD, orchestration, model registers, monitoring);
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of production ML pipelines, resolve incidents, and optimize their performance and costs;
• To follow the latest trends, evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies into our environment;
• Act as a technical expert and mentor for data scientists and other teams, helping them deploy their solutions.

What do we appreciate?

• Bachelor’s degree: IT/Computer Science/Engineering;
• English – B2 level;
• 3–5 years of professional experience (AI, MLOps, ML Engineering).
