Senior Associate, Back-End Developer

Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs for identity and access management platforms.
Implement best practices for performance, scalability, security, and code quality.
Collaborate with front-end engineers, QA testers, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in peer code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
Integrate applications with authentication, authorization, and directory services.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related discipline.
3+ years of professional experience in back-end development.
Strong proficiency in one or more back-end languages/frameworks (.Net, JAVA, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (OracleDB,PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS and Azure).
Prior experience integrating legacy systems into SailPoint a bonus.
Experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing design and software issues.
Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and teams, fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
