Associate Fullstack Software Engineer

Design, implement and maintain backend applications using modern frameworks
Own end‑to‑end backend features: design, implementation, testing, and delivery
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Perform thorough, constructive code reviews and mentor other engineers on best practices
Collaborate with product owners, frontend engineers and QA to deliver high‑quality user experiences
Use Git for source control and run CI/CD pipelines; follow standard branching process and merge request workflows
Work in container‑based development environments (Docker) and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams as needed
Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and continuous process improvement

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
2+ years of professional experience
English proficiency

Willingness to learn and work with new technologies
Demonstrated design and system thinking skills
Proficiency in Python
Experience in one other high-level modern programming language (Javascript/Typescript)
Experience with relational or non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
Experience in developing web services (RESTful APIs)
Experience in frontend development (React.js)
Experience in a Python web framework e.g., FastAPI (preferred), Django or Flask
Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
Experience in software development for avionics systems or complex electronics products
Collaborating in international and multi-national projects
