Define and execute the global IT strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and operational needs;
Lead and develop the IT organization across multiple locations, fostering a culture of ownership, service excellence, and continuous improvement;
Own all corporate IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies;
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems supporting engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions;
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls to protect company assets and sensitive information;
Manage enterprise applications and business systems, ensuring effective integration, performance, and user adoption;
Oversee IT service management, support operations, incident response, and problem resolution across the organization;
Lead infrastructure projects including site expansions, office openings, manufacturing facilities, network deployments, and technology upgrades;
Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners;
Establish governance, asset management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance frameworks;
Define and manage IT budgets, investments, and technology roadmaps to support long-term scalability;
Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver practical technology solutions.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within complex and fast-paced environments;
Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IT operations;
Proven track record leading multi-site and international IT environments;
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or high-technology organizations is highly desirable;
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise security solutions;
Experience managing IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and service level agreements;
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning;
Strong project management and change management capabilities;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, PLM, HRIS, and collaboration platforms is a plus;
