To strengthen our UX capability, we are looking for a Digital Journey & UX expert to join our Digital Journey & CX team within the Commercial department. This role combines strategic UX leadership with hands‑on design execution.

Your responsibilities as a Digital Journey & UX expert

• Lead UX in complex, cross‑team programs and act as a senior UX counterpart for key stakeholders;
• Define and communicate a clear UX vision, principles and governance for key customer journeys;
• Set up and drive strategic UX tracks with clear plans, milestones and deliverables;
• Execute end‑to‑end UX activities: research, flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and validation;
• Design complex web journeys and collaborate closely with CRO experts, analysts, product owners and developers;
• Act as a UX reference point, coaching other designers and safeguarding UX quality;
• Contribute to the development and consistent use of design systems and scalable UX patterns.

Our ideal Digital Journey & UX expert

• 7+ years’ experience in UX/product/interaction design;
• Proven ownership of complex digital products or journeys in large organisations;
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior stakeholders and influencing decisions;
• Able to work at both strategic and hands‑on execution level;
• Skilled in design systems, UX frameworks and scalable patterns, with strong UX craft (research, interaction design, IA, validation);
• Strong communication skills and confidence in defending design decisions clearly;
• Fluent in English (required); understanding of Dutch is a strong plus;
• Bonus: experience with CRO/experimentation, journey/service design, and accessibility/inclusive design (e.g. WCAG).
