Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, distributed backend systems using C# and .NET (WebAPI);
• Lead cross-functional engineering team;
• Provide guidance on software design and architecture to ensure scalability and optimal performance;
• Drive CI/CD automation and ensure smooth deployment processes;
• Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance;
• Lead efforts in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support;
• Maintain high code quality through unit, integration, and performance testing;
• Foster an environment of continuous learning by conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions and code reviews;
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with C# and .NET, building REST APIs with WebAPI;
• Previous experience in a tech leadership/lead engineer role;
• Strong expertise in SQL databases and query optimization;
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation;
• Hands-on experience with Docker or other relevant containerization tools;
• Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and best practices;
• Understanding of security principles and scalable application development;
• Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing;
• Knowledge of any popular JavaScript framework (such as React) is a plus;
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership;
• Excellent written and spoken English.
