As a Senior Software Engineer (Node.js), you’ll work on diverse projects for international clients, applying best practices and modern technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain modern web applications and cloud-native architectures using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams, contributing to design, implementation, and deployment.
• Ensure clean code, robust structure, and high test coverage for reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Work closely with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices for continuous delivery.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Embrace AI and emerging technologies to improve software development processes.

What’s Important to Us

• Strong professional experience with Node.js and its ecosystem, preferably NestJS or similar backend frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend technologies, ideally React and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of relational databases, including data modeling, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Experience building and deploying containerized applications using Docker.
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful API design.
• Strong experience with automated testing (e.g. Vitest, Jest, Cypress) and modern CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and engineering best practices, with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Proven ability to simplify complex architectures, reduce technical debt, and modernize legacy systems through pragmatic, incremental improvements while continuing to deliver business value.
• Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum or similar) with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in English, with willingness to undertake occasional travel when needed.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Experience building integrations with third-party platforms and APIs, particularly within e-commerce ecosystems.
