About the role

We are seeking motivated Junior Software Developers with an interest in enterprise software development and insurance technology solutions. In this role, you will work with GraphTalk, a specialized programming language widely used in the insurance industry.

This role is based entirely in our Varna office and requires daily on-site presence. It offers opportunity to work closely with experienced software engineers, business analysts, and architects in a collaborative office environment. You will join an experienced development team and contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of business-critical insurance applications while receiving hands-on mentorship and professional guidance.

Daily challenges

• Develop and deploy secure, maintainable, and efficient software products and systems;
• Participate in the enhancement, upgrade, and optimization of existing software solutions;
• Contribute to the uphold of high software quality through requirements gathering, testing, and collaborative code reviews;
• Develop and maintain technical and user documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and transparency;
• Collaborate with client or account representatives on project activities.

eXperience and skills required

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, similar technical field of study or equivalent experience in a related field;
• Practical and/or theoretical knowledge in one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, GraphTalk, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, NodeJS, React.js;
• Fluent in English language;
• 1+ years of experience in the IT Services industry is a plus;
• Skills in relevant operating systems, building management, automation is a plus;
• Understanding and ability to work in agile Scrum and DevOps environments is a plus.
