Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of more experienced team members;
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines;
• Contribute to the documentation of software requirements and specifications;
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance from senior team members;
• Support the implementation of emerging technologies and best practices;
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills;
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team;
• Actively learn from and assist more experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience;
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies;
• Basic understanding of coding and debugging;
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field;
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus;
• Relevant certifications or training a plus.
