Software Engineer - AI Adoption

Work with business stakeholders to understand operational problems and turn them into working software
Build, ship, and operate agents and AI-first applications with deep AI integration
Write evaluations and test cases for agents as part of shipping
Build and run applications and agents that are secure and compliant at enterprise scale
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders; take work through to a working outcome
Improve and extend existing AI-first applications as business needs change
Be flexible, responsive, and adaptive to changing requirements

Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to work with the business, drill into complex problems, and drive them to a solution
Hands-on experience building agents: you have set up agents and shipped agentic software, not only used AI as a consumer
Experience building and refining software products at enterprise scale, including their design and operation
Hands-on software development experience using TypeScript, including React frontends, or Python
Understanding of how to build secure applications and secure agents
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Experience with Redis and ClickHouse is a plus
Full professional proficiency in English; German is a plus
Exposure to Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus
