Job Description

The Global Architecture team wants to strengthen itself with an additional Enterprise Architect, with experience from the Energy & Utilities sector and solid architectural competencies within Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Automation and Process Control & Enterprise Cybersecurity. Your main tasks will centre around collaboration with the Business areas responsible for OT & Process Control, Business IT (Information Technology) Developers, as well as the rest of the Architecture Function to ensure that architecture is managed in line with the Statkraft Architecture Framework, EA (Enterprise Architecture) Principles and IT Principles. This includes but is not limited to performing an advisory role in projects that touch your domain and building IT centric domain roadmaps.

Your role

• You support and drive the architecture process in Statkraft ensuring the right solutions are delivered to meet customer needs, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and compliance;
• Together with the team of Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects and System Architects, develop and adapt domain architecture and the relevant solutions, products, and services within your domain to ensure robust and flexible architecture that meets business needs;
• Take an active role in advising clients on possibilities of our solutions, and design solutions to meet business needs;
• Ensure that the project decisions made are in accordance with Statkraft Architecture Framework and IT principles and meet security and compliance requirements;
• The role reports to the Head of Global Architecture.

Qualifications

• Higher relevant education at a university level or extensive professional experience;
• Knowledge of Industrial Control systems, Operational Technology and Process Control architecture is an advantage;
• Sound technical background, detailed understanding of modern enterprise/solution architecture;
• Ability to design & adapt solutions to customer needs, using existing building blocks in new ways;
• Ability to direct solution development across application portfolio;
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture, Domain Architecture and Solution Architecture would be beneficial.
