Who You’ll Work With

You will be working with Lead Architects, technical leads and product marketing both within Cisco’s ET&I organization and with Cisco’s broader engineering communities. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (anticipating and facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. Minimum 3 years' experience in a scrum master role with the following capabilities:

  • Scrum master certification – e.g. SAFE or other broadly accepted foundation;
  • Familiarity with cloud applications or infrastructure software development;
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement);
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.);
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills;
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability;
  • Outstanding organizational skills;
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
