We’re looking for a Tech Director who is passionate about their work, adapts easily, and shares our company values!

Be responsible for supervising the technical performance of a group of digital projects of different industries.
Lead and manage multiple teams of tech professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve the project's´ goals.
Act as a technical expert, providing oversight and guidance on projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive technological advancements.
Stay informed about the latest technology trends and developments, recommending innovative solutions to improve processes and procedures.
Establish performance standards and KPIs to ensure good monitoring of the team.
Provide support and guidance to those responsible for different tech teams on team management, leadership styles and coaching.
Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.

Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing teams and delivering successful projects.
Strong technical background with expertise in software development, infrastructure management, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus
