As a Software Engineer on the Sportsbook Web team, you'll play a crucial role in bridging DraftKings with its customers, working alongside seasoned engineers who will support your growth as you build performant, reliable, and scalable applications. Your contributions will involve developing the company's main front-end application, ensuring agility and scalability, and troubleshooting software issues.

What you’ll do as a Software Engineer, Sportsbook Web

Develop our primary front-end application using the latest web technologies;
Utilize cutting-edge web technologies and make a meaningful impact on our core customer-facing products;
Care about agility as much as you care about scalability; we roll out products very quickly and are looking for a team that can pivot at a moment's notice;
Triage and debug software application issues;
Contribute to production code immediately.

What you’ll bring

At least 2 years of development experience using Typescript, HTML and CSS (Sass);
Experience using React, Vue.js, or other popular frameworks;
Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and design principles;
Ability to write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests;
Experience working on distributed systems in a Cloud Computing environment such as AWS is strongly preferred;
Understanding of and experience with SDLC principles.
