In the frame of our NEW ERP program at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth we are looking for you as our new Data Migration project manager (d/f/m).

Your mission
Reporting to the Head of Program New ERP, you will be in charge of defining the strategy and then of successfully executing the end-to-end data migration from various local legacy ERP systems to the new ERP.
Your key tasks & your accountabilities
Fully integrated into the New ERP Program and plateau, you will act as the project leader for defining and executing data migration.
In that function, you will:
- Define and make validated the data migration strategy with all relevant stakeholders;
- Identify with all internal Business Functions (Industry, Procurement, Customer Support, Engineering, Finance, Quality etc.) the needs and efforts in terms of data cleansing;
- Set the relevant organisation, governance, tools and means within each functions and in central for conducting the data cleansing;
- Monitor and review the progress in the data cleansing activities by each Functions;
- Report on a regular basis to the New ERP program, but also to Function Steering Committees, about progress and alerts;
- Define and setup a data migration Factory in order to industrialise the migration process and to ensure that the targeted Go Live date will be met;
- Manage System Integrator's work package dedicated to data migration;
- Ensure that the project is delivering on time, on cost and on quality;
- Manage Risks and Opportunities related to the project;
- Communicate and on board on data cleansing and migration.
Your skills & qualification
- Bachelor or Master study in Information Technology or comparable;
- Experienced in complex IT projects;
- Rigor on facts, plans and figures;
- Team player and relationship management (Program, Projects, Business Leaders, IM leaders);
- Experienced in project management;
- Communication;
- Conflict management;
- S/4 Hana knowledge will be appreciated;
- Professional practice of English and German.
