Your role at Dynatrace
- You ensure smooth and effective teamwork and help the team to progress and innovate;
- You will discover training needs and coach your team members to ensure their personal development and career progression;
- You will mainly be working in a cloud-native environment with Typescript and React, while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies as they fit best;
- Driving and ensuring continuous improvements and challenging the status quo.
What will help you succeed
- At least 5+ years of experience as a software engineer;
- 2+ years of experience in leading an engineering team;
- Experience in building responsive web applications with React/TypeScript;
- Strong focus on code quality and clean software architecture;
- Team player with a high sensibility for quality and scalability.
