As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will be a part of the vibrant team of our highly skilled Cybersecurity Technology Department of the Information Security organization. Your everyday life will mainly consist of designing and implementing Cloud Security Solutions:

Your main duties will be

Design, implement, and maintain cloud security solutions to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats;
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security measures into the development and deployment processes;
Conduct threat modeling exercises to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities in cloud architectures, applications, and services, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies;
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to cloud security controls, configurations, and incident response protocols;
Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies relevant to cloud computing, and make recommendations for enhancements to security posture.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to Cloud Security;
The option to be engaged in mid-term missions abroad at EU institutes, mainly in the Benelux region.

Qualifications

If you have

University degree in Computer Engineering or another relevant field;
At least 2 years of relevant experience in delivering Cloud services with focus on securing Azure environments;
Solid understanding of diverse cloud computing technologies, encompassing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS);
Experience with cloud security in Microsoft Azure, showcasing proficiency in safeguarding cloud-based environments;
Strong methodical mindset and problem-solving acumen, facilitating the identification and resolution of cloud security challenges;
Comprehensive knowledge of fortifying cloud-hosted data and applications against a spectrum of threats;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
